How to upload, organize, search, and share your organization's photos in HeyFriday.
HeyFriday is your organization’s photo library. All your photos are in one place, organized in clear folders, with descriptions and tags prepared for you by artificial intelligence. You can find a photo based on what’s in it and quickly send it to colleagues or anyone outside the company.
What you can do in HeyFriday
- Upload photos from your computer, a folder, or a ZIP file with duplicate checking, including from a shared Google Drive folder.
- Organize them into folders and albums, rename, move, and pin your most used folders.
- Search by name, description, and photo content, with filters by date, tags, people, and license — or ask the AI assistant.
- Monitor licenses: see where and how long you are allowed to use each photo.
- Share folders and albums via link, with colleagues in your organization or anyone else.
